The bank doesn’t calculate transactions properly and I’ve been overdrawn multiple times. I plan on closing my account soon

I absolutely love the quality of service at gecu

The account balance is wrong all the time and makes me over draft. I hate this checking account.

Been a GECU customer since I could legally own a bank account (18.)

I have accounts at two local credit unions and use the mobile app for both. GECU is far more user friendly. I love the more discrete swipe down quick view and the easier transfer and bill pay features.

Might be one of the worst and most archaic banking apps. Have the ability to see account transactions but cannot see the bank credit card transactions to review interest paid, interest rate, or other basic functions. And to offer only .025 interest on savings, please.
