Very swift and responsive
Great App
Geegpay is one of the best Nigeria international payment platforms. It has a great future.
Poor Customer Service/Refund my money
Until one week ago, I would have rated 5 stars. But I sent an email over 2 days ago and I’m yet to receive a response. How can you refund money to my card and I make a payment of $29, and over $100 disappears from my card? What exactly is going on?

Good for bank transfers but not fast in receiving
Remove restrictions on my account
Do i need an employment letter before i can use your platform to receive money?? Remove restrictions on my account but if the platform is strictly for employed people then i will make use of platform that helps freelancers and those who just want to receive money from family abroad
Sending to other platform other than bank transfer is impossible
What I do not understand is why you will have an app screenshot here that shows that you can send money to other platforms like wise, PayPal, revolut etc but in the main app, that’s not possible. Why are you guys misleading people?
Not Received MY Money In Over a Week
App keeps telling to update it without providing a place for me to update. I’ve been sent money and I’ve not been able to receive it. It’s so annoying!

Not satisfied
I don’t understand the essence of the conversion feature if I am unable to convert Naira to dollar to even get a card on the minimum. What’s the essence of giving different accounts then? You can’t pay for the virtual card with Naira, you still can’t convert Naira to dolllar to pay for the card. The experience is not it at all.
