Cannot access the app. It just says loading….

This App is one of the worst ever experienced. I’m unable to access due to rejection of my known username and or password. And still unable to reset using my ID / membership number!!!

Bad app ever. It doesn’t sign in at all

Can’t access and when trying to retrieve information it freezes. As yet not able to use the app. Ridiculously dysfunctional

I regret to say that my experience with the GEMS app has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite my initial excitement, the app failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. It simply does not work at all. Upon installation, I encountered constant crashes and error messages. No matter how many times I tried to open the app, it refused to cooperate. It’s as if the developers released a half-baked product without any regard for usability or stability. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but to no avail. Reinstalling the app, restarting my device, nothing worked. It’s frustrating to invest time and energy into something only to be met with constant disappointment. At this point, I have no choice but to abandon the GEMS app altogether. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until the developers address these glaring issues. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this malfunctioning mess.

When I try to login on the app it keeps loading and than nothing happens. The website is always showing blanks with every option I try to select this has been happening for months now… I can't sign in on the app! When I eventually sign in on the website nothing works!! I have called GEMS but they say everything works fine... uhh no it doesn't! Come on GEMS fix it! You say we must discover the brilliance of GEMS... Show us your brilliance by making your website and app work brilliantly please.

I have been struggling to login the app for months now. It’s very frustrating to visit the branch for a minor issue that can be resolved electronically. Please improve.

GET THIS APP OFF THE APP STORE!!!!! It doesn’t work and will cause frustration. Dont even try to download it.

The app doesn’t want to sign in . I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times it does the same . When I try to re register it says I’ve already registered. I’m frustrated
