Seems stuck on a must update loop
Just updated and still pops up that the app needs an update. Not functional to set an appointment.

Trying to book an appt but says I need to update the app. I have already downloaded the latest version but still getting the same error. Overall I have not been impressed by the app for year. It doesn’t consider the customer experience when you book. You should be able to bookmark your stylists and easily book recurring business. I think the brand is stronger than the look and feel of the app.
I used the app consistently for two years to book, reschedule and cancel appointments. Today, attempted to use and received message the version I had was out of date, please update. I updated and am now in a loop that keeps telling me to update (App Store won’t let me as I already did) and I cannot book or see services. Weird. Ironic because current update was to fix bugs. Hmmm???
it’s useless if I can’t access it
Practically useless because it won’t let you stay signed in, won’t save your sign in or allow you to use the Face ID option. Irritating beyond belief, and despite constant complaining for the last three years, they never fix it.
Of all the apps I have ever used this is the worst. It loses my login, won’t let you enter your phone number properly and never does send you a code to reset your password. The only thing worse is sitting on hold for forever trying to book an appt over the phone. If I didn’t love my service provider - I would boycott the app and Gene Juarez.
It doesn’t label any of the fields for autofilling address or credit card data, nor does it support Apple Pay or Sign in w/ Apple. When I tried to enter my credit card, it was repeatedly rejected for “mismatched zip code”, even though I both double checked that I input it right, _and_ that my ZIP code on file at my card’s issuing bank were correct. It only went through after I used an incorrect zip code that I used to live at last year. Worse still, when you “reserve” a spot during the checkout process, that reservation isn’t tied to your account even though you need to be signed in to reserve a slot- so if you have any kind of problem during checkout, you’ve lost your preferred time slot until the reservation expires (and then you have to hope nobody else snipes it). Finally, this app doesn’t appear to have been designed with the notch in mind- which has been a standard feature of iPhones since the iPhone X. Instead, I get black bars at the top and a little bit of the UI clipped by the notch.
How stupid an app do you have? It sent me. Verification code with special characters and the app WONT LET ME ENTER THEM on my phone. Jeez
New updated version is worse than previous version! Wiped my history and keeps locking me out so I can not sign in. Requested a link to reset my password and sent a verification code that also temporally locked me out! Soooo frustrating that after all these years that the Salon can not get this ridiculous site to work!
The app does not allow you to move along the services. You can’t go back to the list of services or choose another location. The current version is worse than the previous. It freezes often. Go back to the previous version
