terrible never got this app to work

When I try to open the App it gives an error message. Called Genesis Support and they seemed to not be aware of the APP.

Unable to download the guides. It always reports a “Temporary Server Problem”. I’ve tried every day for a week. I emailed Genesis customer service but never got a reply.

Downloaded this app to use for my 2021 GV80, and it’s not even an option!

Pretty much useless. No details. Could be linked with user manual to be functional

Very little information. Videos don’t play. 2020 model not included. As an example to show the location of control without describing the function of it useless. For example one can just look inside the car and see the light button. Disappointing.

Error, unsupported URL

Much improved since the updated app now includes 2018 models including the G80 5.0 Ultimate. Still does not include the huge Navigation system manual, but they are making progress. Keep going Genesis. I also noticed in setup you could select the G70

What’s the use of a guide that doesn’t include my vehicle? Genesis sent me a fancy gift package that included a “Genesis Owners Guide”, which suggested I download this app. Why, since the app doesn’t include my car!
