App need more improvements
Cannot open my e-statements (request cannot be process) and cannot go back to homepage after transferring me out of app like the rewards page. But overall it shows my account as it should.

Would love to not be locked out of everything when trying to set up and then be on hold with customer support for over 20+ minutes at a time!
I wanted to use this app to make principal payments on my loan, which is not even possible. The app is extremely cluttered with ads and junk. Basic functionality is missing.
I’ve been trying to get into my account all morning and it just keeps loading and loading for hours now!!!
I recently opened a checking account with this credit union using the application. I’m sorely displeased with the level of service and functionality of the application and the lack of understanding that the support group that maintains the application has. Within the first 5 minutes of my account opening, I had to speak with a member of their support team as something wasn’t working in the intended manner. This support member proceeds to provide me incorrect information and only acknowledges that it was incorrect when I questioned the authenticity of their answer. Attempts at logging into my account today I was required to change my password as I apparently forgot it. Upon attempting to change my password i’m told that my account doesn’t have the permission to do this. What..? I’d say this is a pretty glaring issue as the support team once again cannot be contacted outside of their operating hours leaving me unable to access my money or my account. This issue can likely be remedied by implementing two factor authentication like most other organizations. I’d like to ultimately transition my direct deposit and make this credit union my primary monetary holding, but each day I’m growing more and more skeptical of this establishment and their ability to keep my money safe if they can’t even make a mobile app function properly let alone support it. I seldom write reviews but felt inclined to do so here. I want to believe the five star reviews are real, but I’m currently hard pressed to believe this is not the case. Reviewing other comments/reviews that were poor, the automated system or a copy/paste response has been used. I’m thinking I too will receive the same.
Mobile deposit doesn’t work on iPhone 15 Pro Max
Terrible and confusing
I’m simply trying to change the scheduled date for my automatic payments. It will not save. I’ve tried for days. I had to call. I’m on hold. I’ve been on hold for 48 minutes so far. How is this acceptable customer service? They keep offering to save my place and call me but I still have to wait so there is no point. I can’t just go on with my day and hope that I’m available when they finally call. So I’m spending an hour or more of my day to do something that should be simple. This is horrible customer service.
I recent got the iPhone 14ProMax and now the app will not let me store my Face ID to login. I’ve tried it 100x and still have to type my password in. Not a huge deal, more of an annoyance, but it would be great if this was fixed!!
How about a clear path/buttons to add funds to where the loan payment gets taken out of every month. Your app is trash and grow the heck up
