Gentu Mobile

The Patient search function is buggy. You should take away. AutoCorrect from that search bar. Also you cannot see all documents such as referrals in the app. Also need to see patient upcoming appointments in app.

After using Genie that was so 1970s, gentu and mobile version are a breath of fresh air. Yet the formatting still needs to be sorted. Letters in Rtf are unreadable on desktop and app- so why bother- just eliminate them and leave txt format. Ability to flag a note with a different background should be easy -Gmail has been doing it for 2 decades. So among the mediocre medical apps out there this shines. But on it's own merit is at best a 3 star

I have had no issues with the Gentu App. Can see my appointments, Check documents, Dictate letters. Take photos. Works seamlessly for me.

The app is great for the voice dictation function. I’m pleased that the development team keep trying to add improvements on a regular basis.

Team please fix this as makes an otherwise great app useless…

Used to be brilliant. Now just shows diary but nothing else.

Not being able to open pdf files makes the app near useless. Please fix.

It makes the app a bit useless. If you can’t load any documents, this bug has not been fixed yet.

If you make it a decent functioning app rather than the current app which is just a list of the daily schedule you might even encourage users to spend money on the Nuance Voice function. Keeps crashing or hanging every time I open a patient letter. I can’t even add a new patient with the app. Not a great start, I’ll keep using the web based one.
