Love to see this game restored! It was the best tower defense. Unfortunately the medium and hard levels weren’t hard at all. Often times I’d win on the first try without much effort. The original was quite challenging and I don’t think I made it past the medium levels but this one was so easy it wasn’t even fun any more by the end.

This game started out fun then quickly became either way to easy or way to hard. The game is very unbalanced. Sometimes you are struggling for any money because the kill bonus remains to low for to long other times you have way to much money making the level way to easy. It just needs better growth and difficulty curve and it could be a pretty good game.

Loved the original game. As other reviewers have noted, this remastered version gets the look and feel just right. But the levels are not balanced and everything after the easy levels is notably easier than it should be. Would love to see an update that adds back the difficulty and problem-solving strategies that the original game demanded. Plus maybe some additional levels!

Only lets you play 4 levels on easy and then it makes you pay to play all the other levels on easy, medium and hard. As if we don’t already have everyone trying to gouge us for money and now stupid apps are doing it. I get doing it for hard maybe but this is ridiculous.

Years ago this used to be my favorite IOS game (along with GeoDefense Swarm). Thank you for bringing it back!! Unfortunately, in this reboot the levels are way too hard. I’m struggling to get through even the easy levels... I like a challenge, but these are just too hard to finish.

The Best, my favorite, hands down!

I was so excited to repurchase this when I saw it’s back! In many ways it is the same game, but in one crucial aspect it isn’t: The difficulty. The hard levels used to genuinely be hard. I tried many different strategies and failed over and over again to beat them. Now they’re all just… easy. Feels like I don’t need strategy at all. 10+ years ago I spent hours trying to strategize through this. Now I just burned through the whole game with little challenge. And no, it’s not because I got smarter lol. I also noticed there used to be creeps that were immune to various kinds of weapons (which would force you to think out of the box and adapt to new strategies) which have been removed from the game, further simplifying it. The nostalgia is great. The game WAS fantastic. But the rework is not faithful enough to recommend again.
