This is by far the slowest and the worst ride hailing app that i have use. find one car need to wait 30mins..

MPV: 110x80x50 cm, up to 60 kg
Van 1.7m: 160x120x100 cm, up to 350 kg
Van 2.4m: 200x120x100 cm, up to 480 kg
Lorry: 250x140x140 cm, max 1000 kg
How to use: Enter your destination. Know your fare upfront. Choose Priority Pickup for a faster ride. Done. Simple.

Expensive compare to grab or Gojek
Laggy app
How to even book a ride with this lagging app? Every option i clicked is loading loading till Request Timed Out. Seems like it’s not fully set up for customer usage. Don’t waste time.
horrible app. slow. ridiculous prices!
price is so high compared to gojek tada and grab. almost double. ridiculous ! never using this. if you are a new competitor, at least lower your prices get some customer base man

Overpriced
Lol they give out multiple $2 discount but even with the voucher applied still more ex than grab…. why would anyone be willing to use it then?

Highest price among all other apps. Ridiculous.
not worth it
tried to book so many times but did not get a driver, the prices are more expensive than other apps and the app itself is very laggy to use
