Terrible product
Opted for the yearly 3day trial, purchase approved yet the Premium services were not available - could not leverage any Premium based options. Submitted 3 Support tickets via the app agreed multiple attempts to redo trial, reboot of iPhone, selection of both options and nothing worked. I was also NEVER contacted back from Support for my 3 submissions to try to remedy so I could trial the product against other apps of same tracking.
Free version is worthless
worked for 2 days then kaput. Tried to contact customer dis-service and no response. Well, to be honest, I did hear crickets.

I love this app and I didn’t even download it yet because I know it will help me when I’m going to my cousin’s house for the weekend after school and I know he is home and I didn’t wait and hour drive to go there. I recommend this app❤️❤️

Do you have to pay for each device that you add?
Tracker showing at wrong location and changing status
When I first got it,it worked perfect !! And now the other end of the tracker continues to show in a different location at times as if it picks up another signal, it also continues to change to status to invisible on its own which makes it hard to track. This has happened when we are together as well. It continues to switch status. I’ve removed the app and re-downloaded it a few times, now shows a red triangle, I follow the steps and allow access at all times but never stays. The App already has all the permissions necessary. The red triangle is still there even after I’ve given it permission to “ALWAYS” it just doesn’t work. My 7 yo son was asleep last night when it happened. Could it possibly be because I have an apple and he has an android?
