Constantly refreshes when you’re scrolling through items, so it takes you back to the beginning. I’m currently trying to look at items now but nothing will even load. I was going to place an order but I cannot be asked with the glitches so I’ll shop elsewhere.

I love shopping on George.. The men’s wear is really starting to look good with the new Studio Edit Brand. So 4 Stars for George.com on my laptop. Unfortunately it’s 1 Star for the app!! Impossible for me to shop on the go! The app constantly refreshes taking me back to the top of my search. It’s like an in-built mini game to scroll down fast enough to the item I want in order to tap it and choose the size and add to the basket. To top it off once I’m in the basket trying to checkout the refreshing experience continues to the point that I get bored of trying to press the “PayNow” button and just close the app.. Please sort this out George, you must be missing out on so many sales!

This has just taken me 3 attempts to process an order , I was just about to give it up as a bad job and shop elsewhere It’s put me off using this in the future

Really like George clothes and the extra choice and availability that’s not always in store, only issue is the wait in store once arrived with code there’s always a 20-30 minute wait for them to bring parcel
