The App is supposed to have a multi user profile. To be able to operate your personal accounts as also corporate account. Hasn't been working for few days. No official coins from the bank. Can’t make payments as online access also doesn’t work for my SRL account. Apparently they are trying to get a revised app to the store. Could’ve been better managed. Very disappointed.

Aplicația este foarte bună

Pana acum mi se pare cea mai completa aplicatie de pe piata. Singurul minus pentru mine este ca nu ai optiunea de a lista graficul de rambursare la credite din aplicatia mobila si nici din versiunea web.

Încântat până acum 5 zile când am schimbat telefonul și am activat aplicația pe acesta nou cu IOS 18.2 Acum nu mai pot trimite pe nici un iban, înainte de a activa meniul de semnare dă eroare. Am citit în altă recenzie că de 5 luni are situația aceasta. Dacă nu se rezolvă voi fi nevoit să plec la altă bancă și voi reveni să dau o stea pentru aplicație.

Am patit de mai multe ori sa nu mearga aplicatia (in ultima perioada saptamanal) am patit sa am nevoie de bani si sa nu-i transfere, (nu tin in contul principal) mai mereu patesc sa nu se actualizeze sumele pana nu ies si intru din nou in aplicatie. Nu-mi place ca nu primesc notificare pt plata rate la timp, primesc cu 3 zile inainte si in ziua in care trebuie sa fac plata nu imi trimite nimic si nu o data am patit sa-mi dea ca am rate neachitate pt ca nu aveam suficienti bani in cont…

Sunt foarter incantata de acest program!

Locked my acvount without any logical reason. For 5 months i can’t transfer money to another iban account and they can’t solve the problem Run away from BCR !

The app is quite confusing. It takes a lot to figure out where things are but even after you get to learn the non intuitive app, there are services that take forever to update. I receive updates about my spending after a few hours or even days after a card payment which in 2024 is mindblowingly slow. This is one of the reasons I’m closing down the account. I need to be connected and updated on my transactions to be able to make good decisions, not to sit around and wait like in the old days. Good effort but not tailored to my needs.
