I have been trying to register for ages now but still busy roaming doesn’t open even a thing not functioning at all , it doesn’t even deserve a star

A stupid app. You’d swear the government intentionally makes it not be functional for us to not be able to access what’s due to us. Zero stars really

I tried to register, been days and still waiting to receive a temp pin so I can log in

This app is not functional at all! I can’t even type my email address it keeps on saying invalid. I answered all the questions correctly but still. You’d swear it just want to collect our information for fraud ! How is that i am able to put all my information but fail to get through the app. It’s a total fail. If doesn’t even deserve a star

Since I realized that now my pensions is less with more than R200 k, the app stopped working. I cannot log in anymore. Government is busy stealing our money and they blocking us from finding out soon.

Like many have said it doesn’t do anything.

Terrible. They probably paid millions for this useless app, even the website is useless, the call centre never answers the phone.

This app doesn’t work I don’t know why GEPF continues to advice its members to use this app😢

Don’t want to give this app a rating. It is terrible, simply not working. Even tried to register online, which is not possible. Can’t believe that this app is so useless for something this important.
