Gesa Digital Banking

Won’t work for weeks now… running current iOS but says it doesn’t allow rooted or jailbroken devices. Not the case. Frustrated with GESA, miss my old Credit Union. Go DAWGs!

I tried to set up autopay from savings to my visa and now I see it didn’t happen AND a $29 late fee to boot. I’m sick of Gesa problems. I also tried to use my card last weekend and it was denied for “over limit”. I’m several thousand dollars UNDER my credit limit.

In 74 years I’ve only had five different banking relationships. I had my previous relationship for over 30 years. Over time, that financial institution began to go in a direction that was different from what I wanted. I felt it was time for a change and I settled on Gesa as my choice for the future. It now has been over three years since I made the move. I have also moved my business banking account to Gesa as well. To say that I have never been happier is a gross understatement. The staff at Gesa bend over backwards to make sure that they satisfy all of your banking needs. In the three years since our relationship was established,I have referred over a dozen friends and relatives to Gesa. I have never heard anything but praise from them regarding the service that they have received. If it’s time for you to make a change in your banking relationship, I would urge you to put Gesa at the top of your list! Believe me, you won’t be sorry! I certainly wasn’t!!

I have face recognition I don’t won’t the hassle of having to go through another step by having to wait on a text to put in a code from a text this should be optional not forced.

Very reliable you don’t have to call to check your balance every time I’m able to check my balance 20 times a day and have full access to all my card features 10/10 great app

When I am capturing the check image, it takes me back to the log in screen and I have to log in all over again. It did this 4 times, I finally decided to input the image first before selecting an account or entering the deposit amount and it then accepted the images without logging me out so I could complete the deposit.

I live on orcas island and sold a car today for 5500… I tried to deposit it to my Gesa savings acct by taking front and back pictures of check on my phone with my Gesa online app… did not work… so I called Gesa and the person o talked with said there is a 5000 limit to deposit by this method… so she looked up the nearest ATM for me to go deposit it using my Gesa debit card… she said it was at Wa Fed here on orcas in Eastsound… so I went there and had an employee go out with me to try it… and it would not give me the option of making a deposit. So I just wanted to let you know that your info that she looked up is wrong… so you don’t tell other clients that this will work… because it definitely does not work. So I ended up depositing the check with our Banner Bank acct here on Orcas… then writing a check from that acct for just 5000.00 limit to deposit to Gesa by taking front and back pics. What a hassle just to deposit money to my acct… I wish we still had deposit envelopes to just mail checks into Gesa! Patricia Allred
