Not sure why this app is rated 3 stars. They picked up my laundry on Friday and brought it back good as new and perfectly organized Saturday. Clothes feel amazing. I own a small business and am a single man so I have no time for laundry day. My clothes feel great as if I took all day to clean them, and the app is fast and easy to use.

The service is convenient and I appreciate having the extra time during the week that’s not spent on laundry. However, I’ve had two occurrences in 3 months where an entire bag of clothing was not returned to me. After putting in a claim, I was told the insurance does not cover the total value of the clothing. There are other companies in the area that offer wash and fold services so I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere.

I’ve used them twice now without an issue. Hopefully it continues!

Was looking forward to using a wash and fold service. However I indicated for them not to use high heat on my tshirts. Unfortunately they used such high dry heat that the clothes came back shrunk and a brand new pair of sweats was literally burned. What is most frustrating is I reached out to them and they literally ignored the request. No response from the facility. Aweful results, Aweful customer service. Buyer beware.

My first appointment was good. They came and picked up everything. I received my stuff back. Clean beautiful smelling amazing second appointment again it was great third appointment. I am at work. I get a call from them. Of course I can’t take it, because like I said, I’m at work I get a voicemail from someone saying they’re at my house and they did not see my stuff so they left. I have a ring doorbell and I have the blue bag directly in sight of it. No one ever showed up at my house . I live on the second floor of apartments my camera faces anybody coming up the steps, not a single person, came up the steps and towards my doorway that did not live on the second floor. The next day they charge me $10 even know they never picked up the stuff saying it was never there. They talk to my property management and they showed me where my apartment was but there was no bag in sight. Again all day in front of a ring camera no one showed up. And I needed some stuff washed for two days later so I had to go at 10 PM to a laundromat to make sure I would have the clothes ready for my son. I was furious I had proof they never showed up bag was there all day and yet they still charge me $10 and saying it was my fault it was never there. After having that experience, I deleted the account and uninstalled the app. Now, one month later, I get a call saying someone from happy nest is at my apartment pick up my laundry. I told them I canceled my account last month. So on my lunch break I have my phone and what do you know, they charged my account $10. I have tried and tried to contact customer service it will not go through.

App doesn’t work anymore. Can’t tap on any buttons….. I’m going to find another laundry service that can keep up with today’s technology

I had my first pick up this week using the very simple app. They were to deliver my laundry this morning, but given that we are undergoing a massive blizzard with more than a foot of snow, I figured there was no way they would be delivering it today. I mean, there are cars stuck all over the place. Low and behold, I woke up this morning and on my front porch was my laundry. Shirts on hangers, everything else folded and separated by color and type of clothing. Holy smokes. I can’t believe it. What service. I couldn’t be happier.

I did a Google search for laundry service in my area. First listing that was not an ad was Happy Nest FOR MY AREA! After clicking on their link they want you to download their app. Fine, if they offer this service in my area I’m happy to. Come to find out AFTER you download the app they tell you their service doesn’t exist in your area. The original Google is just clickbait to get you to download the app to artificially inflate the download numbers and of course be able to sell your info after you create your account for an app that doesn’t have a service in your area although they claim to on Google. They got me. Don’t let them get you too!

I just moved to a new house and the washing machine is not working. So I decided to try this service. 1. Notifications are useless. It seemed pretty easy to set up a pick up and I was impressed with the level of notifications. I expected to be notified more based on what I selected (think DoorDash or Uber “your driver is on the way, they should be there in 10 minutes” kind of thing) but I got a message at 7am saying “We should arrive between 12:35-12:45pm” I thought this was a very specific time but I figured since it was pouring out I would wait and put the laundry out at 11:00 (ya know just in case they didn’t show so I wouldn’t have to drag 2 soaking wet bags of clothes back into the house). Then I get a message at 8:55am saying “Sorry we missed you :(“ …I feel like the sad face is a bit passive aggressive. No one attempted to ring the doorbell, call, or text. There were no notifications that someone was coming. 3. I called immediately and the person said “yeah that’s why we tell our customers to put their laundry out before 7am” …excuse me? No where did it say that. NO WHERE. In fact I got the notification that said you were coming at 12:35. What’s the point of that? If it said “put it out before 7am” I would have. 4. The next pickup is 4 days away and there told me there would call the pick up person and have them come back. Waiting to see if that’ll actually happen. It’s been 2 hours and I have 2 soaking wet bags of clothes now. …I hope they weigh the clothes after they dry them - if they even show up.
