Trash DNS

The app is buggy and frequently crashes. Customer/app support is non-exsistent. My IP address was confirmed and my DNS portals were setup correctly but the app still wouldn't connect. Customer support has still not gotten back to me over a full week later. Don't bother with Getflix and find another option.

Bought lifetime subscription and it is useless

Doesn’t Work

I purchased the lifetime subscription, but it shows Free Trial and wanting me to pay another $199 for a lifetime subscription. This is a rip off. I now understand why the app is rated 2 stars.

App wil not even Launch

Just downloaded the App. It will not even open. I would give a zero star if it allowed.

two really annoying bugs!

two really annoying bugs, please fix! 1. Need to frequently log out and log back in to get the Connection. If I don't do so, the account info tab easily get problematic and fail to connect. 2. The most annoying one. After running this app, when using gesture to expose the desktop, all the desktop icons are unable to click. Seems this app left a transparent window that always took a place of the desktop and causes bug. I almost blame Apple for this bug, shock to find that Getflix app is actually the source of problem.

Stopped working

The app & service used to work flawlessely, but I cannot connect to the servers (Mumbai & Bangalore) anymore since last 2 weeks. It just keeps on conneting forever.

What’s the point of this?

Netflix just keeps showing its generic catalog with all only Netflix specials with this. You don’t need a vpn for that. Thankfully I just tried, and of course I’m going to pass this one.

Disappointed

During the initial trial period everything worked fine. Once I subscribed, not able to connect to a single server. Waste of time and money.
