New app with growing pains, but I’m sure it’ll get better. For some reason it thought I was in Calgary when I’m in Ottawa, so I couldn’t even find the restaurant I was sitting in. Frustrating. Tip to developers: don’t make it lock in your location on first use (because it didn’t work). Always use location data, or make it ask what region you want.

Just disappointing because I want to support local businesses, more so in these times where we go in and out of lockdown. Sadly, they don’t serve the East end. The app won’t work to support local businesses if they’re not onboard or unaware. I’m not sure which it is, too bad.

I ordered at 6.30 pm and it is now 7:46…. No food, nothing on the app lets me really know what is happening…. I called the restaurant, they tell me there are no drivers….hmmm Guess I won’t use local app.

Thoroughly impressed with this app! So much better for restaurants and customers. Restaurants seem to be cheaper on this app than others and it’s also cheaper for delivery. And always great to support local!

Multiple bad experiences with orders and a glitchy app. There are better companies that offer a similar service and care more about their customers.

The app keeps crashing. After it crashes I open the app and it just keeps crashing constantly. Super frustrating.

Downloaded the app thinking it will be a great thing, but WOW… NOT A SINGLE THING IN THE EAST END OF OTTAWA!!! What we don’t exist or have restaurants over here? Great idea, poorly executed!

Great concept and the way to go to support small business during the pandemic and beyond. Happy to see more restaurants added every week. In my experience food arrived in a comparable time to other delivery applications. Drivers were courteous and followed instructions carefully. Looking forward to seeing more capabilities and options in the future.
