Keeps telling me to turn wifi to on from the camera. Every time I do, it will not allow me to turn wifi on. Nothing in owners manual on how to resolve. Waste of time!

Wifi always fail. I wish it works though. It please fix issues

Videos instead of "Vidoes" Emergency instead of "Emenrgency"

This exact same issue happened with the previous dashcam my husband bought from this company. It was fine for a few weeks and then started turning off and on all in its own while I was driving erasing everything on the SD card. Now my upgraded camera started doing the same thing yesterday once, and multiple times today while I was driving. Again, everything that was on the SD card has been erased. Also, still haven’t been able to connect the app to the camera Wifi. Hopefully the tip I just read in a review by BryMast will work, IF the camera doesn’t shut off in its own again.

Spelling errors in the app. “Emergency” isn’t even spelt correctly… ALSO. make sure you turn off cellular data for the app or it won’t work at all. It’s ridiculous that they don’t direct you to do this.

I don’t understand that app, it’s purpose …. While connected to my phone thru wifi, I can only really control it,-camera’s settings, I see videos /pics in the folders - while disconnected nothing is stored only on sd card,…. What’s the point of connecting then?,….

Just need to disable cellular data in settings. I wish this information was initially provided. It was an adventure trying to get it to work. Even corresponded with Pruveeo.
