Checkout made easy with The Gift Avenue Mobile Checkout App! Your volunteers will love it! They can simply tap a button that corresponds to the Price Code on each of our products and they will not only know the cost of the item, but they will be able to tally the student's order effortlessly! This handy app already has the profit percentage your organization chose pre-programmed when you use your unique login. We have made it simple to use!
Step One…Log In Screen!
Attached to your Instruction Package you will find a Gift Avenue Holiday Shop Mobile Checkout App Instructions Page on how to download The Gift Avenue Checkout App along with your assigned Username and Password. Simply enter this and you are on your way!! Need help??.... Call us at 800-344-9386.
Step Two…Lets Shop!
Now it’s time to help the students shop! Make sure your volunteers understand that each item has a "price code" that corresponds to the cost of the item. They simply press the price code of the items the child is purchasing. The total cost of the sale will be displayed as they are inputting the items, so your volunteer will immediately know if the student is spending over their budget! Should they make an error they simply tap "undo' and it will undo the last entry, should you need to start over, simply tap "clear" If you need to go back and remove a specific code at the end of calculation just tap the "remove item" button then tap the code you want to delete from the sale. That code will be deleted and you can proceed with check out.
When the student is done shopping tap the "Total" tab and you will be brought to a Total Purchased Screen. You will see the total number of items that the student purchased, and the total amount of the sale. Enter the amount of money you received in the "Amount Received" box and this awesome App figures out the change due…how easy is that! Press "Done" and it takes you back for the next shopper.
Simply press "clear" or "Cancel Sale" at any time and you will be brought back to the register screen
and are now ready to help your next shopper!
The Gift Avenue Mobile Checkout App will also total all your sales for the day. Simply tap "Report" after you press clear and the total sales for the day, as well as the total number of items sold from this device will be displayed. If you want to visit the website or place a reorder using the app just tap the "Website" button!
