I am a parenting/ family influencer voted in the Courier Mail’s top influencers for 2022. I was using #gifted from the start of its inception and getting regular collaborations. I have been a content creator and influencer for 8 years now, with high engagement (around 3-4%) and only ever receive great feedback. However, about 6 months ago, my account with over 20k followers was randomly disconnected from Gifted and I was kicked off the platform mid collaborations!! When I enquired with their support as to why I could no longer use Gifted for collaborations, the only explanation I received was my account is ‘super niche’ and they don’t have any brands suitable. I explained that I have been regularly working successfully with their brands and my IG account is for families/parenting which is a huge market, definitely not ‘super niche’. However I have received no reply from their support. I needed to contact the brands directly to explain what #Gifted has done and explain that it wasn’t my fault as I am a professional content creator and this would have damaged my reputation. Very bizarre business model and I can see reading through the other one star reviews that this has happened to many other content creators. What is going on #Gifted?!?!

They reject genuine influencers and allow those using fake groups and likes and comment pages. They claim it’s for highly engaged influencers only but this is all non genuine. Brands beware. Approach your favourite influencer directly and save your money and product.

Love this app, getting many brand deals with an easy touch of a button. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would 💓

This app is so simple and easy to use! It really saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to partnering brands and content creators - giving more time to actually create the content.

Great for collaborations! I’ve found amazing brand deals through Gifted. Simple to use and perfect for growing as a content creator.

Like others I helped this app get started. Promoted it to my audience etc. I had 100% 5 star reviews and was kicked off the app beats I suddenly didn’t meet the criteria. They wanted bigger creators. Not a great way to treat users. I’ll never return. (My emails were all ignored too).

I was invited to use the app and asked to review the app based on my experience. I was booted off shortly without any warning.

Really loved this app however after finding out that they are now offering a Pro plan to brands at premium prices which includes THE USE OF YOUR CONTENT IN ADS & AMPLIFICATION and not letting creators know about this feature is very upsetting. You can’t see who is on this plan.Nothing in the terms and conditions or no licensing agreement has been made by creators .Not sure why gifted is making money for our content and not us. Also Gifted went into liquidation and just changed the name Hmmmm
