Loved this app for a couple years … but now it’s super glitchy and the tech support seems to have vanished and is no longer answering concerns. Lost all my data.

I’ve used this app for several years. It’s the only gift app I’ve found that tracks for events other than Christmas, tracks budget, able to import from a URL Two years ago, my data of 4 or so years got wiped somehow and I couldn’t find the backup. Even though I have a pro upgrade and have mine set to sync (logged in with my email address), that didn’t help restore data either. I am using the app again and just starting from scratch since every other app I’ve tried has such limited features. I added a few contacts and gifts and tried syncing with my iPad, but that wiped the data from my phone, so I just do a backup to file every day when I’m using it often. There is no family sharing ability with a pro account. Also, I created a passcode to hide certain people a long time ago, but have since forgotten the password and there doesn’t seem to be a way to reset it. It would be great if there was an option to print your lists Even with these shortcomings, it’s the only app I’ve found that’s as thorough in features. Hopefully Andrew will get the issues resolved. I have email info for him since I beta tested years ago, so I have tried contacting him that way. 🤞🏻

I can’t seem to contact the developer or get help through the app. How can I see Archived gifts? I searched within the app, and I don’t see an option to view archived gifts. I would like to be able to see all gifts to certain people. Gifts (future and past) are not appearing under people I know I had recorded such gifts. Great idea and good app if I am able to get support and to view all gifts to people so I can track historical info. Thank you!

This is my second year using this app. I recommend this app to everyone, especially busy Mom’s and avid shoppers. I love that I can add ideas all throughout the year and convert those bought gifts. I even use the notes area to remind me where I hid what. Game changer and life saver in one!!!

This app has made my shopping, ordering, wrapping… so much easier. I would be lost without it now.

Spent so much time entering in gifts for birthdays and holidays from the past couple of years only to open the app and see its all gone.

I have emailed the developer of this App using the given contact information and have not once received a response. Extremely poor customer support!!!! And there seems to be no way to retrieve years worth of data if lost.

There's a lot of different options and capabilities in this app. Overall it's helped me a lot but it's missing some important budget tools. You can set budgets for how much you want to spend but it doesn't give a total for how much you actually have spent. It shows you your budget total and then how much you have to go until you reach it, so you have to do math to figure out how much you've actually spent, which just seems really weird and backwards. I'd also love to have the capability to turn a gift back into an idea for those times I don't end up buying what I planned but want to remember for the future. I've had some issues with crashing and gifts not saving, which lost me a lot of time. I wish I'd checked the date of the last update and noticed it's not really a supported app before I invested time into this app. It has the potential to be great and I'd definitely pay for a more supported app

Paid the $3.99 to be able to sync. Unable to create a account and unable to contact the developer. Great for free but don’t recommend paying anything additional.
