Worst transport company I’ve used ever😪😪😣👎. Booked for a comfortable vehicle & ended up using a bad vehicle because they don’t have refund policy. Very terrible experience to & fro😔😢

I have always loved GIGM to the extent that I do hype and refer them to people to use. GIGM is good and some of the drivers are well mannered buh the only issues I have is your buses please work on them, how can I book for a Toyota premium or a well looking jet mover instead you bring old cargo Toyota hiace… please work on it i beg you

I have been having issues with my GIGM app. Whenever I lunch in other to access the app, it crashes within 10 seconds. I download the app on my friends phones to check if the error was from my phone but it still gave the same feedback. I’m begging, if this can be fixed as soon as possible, it would be amazing. Thanks.
