I submitted a request to update my profile to GigaCares via email on 4th December 2024. It has now been two weeks, and there has been no response or action taken on my request.

I submitted a request to update my profile to GigaCares via email on 4th December 2024. It has now been two weeks, and there has been no response or action taken on my request.
If there is a no star option I will choose it. No customer service no one reply to the email. Paid money for the sims card and scheduled the delivery but there’s nothing happened. Don’t ever paid your money for this app! It’s scam
No one replied to either email or customer service in the app.
I try email what apps facebook not reply also

Every weekend 4G with no Internet for the whole day. Ask to reconnecting for the network in apps but no network how to get into apps? Email to customer service no reply also. Funny.. Definitely no recommend for this telco.

Here’s the story. I getting recommended by my friend say that Giga apps is good and delivery was very convenient. So I did order the SIM card and arrange the time slot for delivery time. For the first time, I didn’t pickup the call and didn’t put the unit number of my office. ( I admit is my mistake). As a foreigner, I need the SIM card so much as I call the driver that I can go pick up myself , just give me location. But Giga have said no to me. So I just reschedule the time again. For this time reschedule , I have put the unit no of my office and my mobile phone number. Guess what?! Not a single call and not even press the doorbell and the driver just leave the place!!! I immediately find the customer service to help, but customer service attitude is just ignoring. In the halfway of conversation, the customer service disappears ( customer service name is Don) what they really give me solution is just to arrange the reschedule. But reschedule need charging fee and it waste my too much time. Sincerely hope that Giga can take it serious of this issue and please either cancel my SIM card refund to me or just delivery using the right person.( I do have conversations record, please collect from me)
