Always on time, kind drivers, clean cars- very reliable service. I appreciate they are fine with short drives too, as we needed a lot of them recently when I broke my ankle. Booking through the app is a bonus. Thank you.

Not sure what the point of this app is as I’ve never been able to successfully book using it.

I used this app to make a journey. The price showed £32-35 for my journey. As soon as I got in the car, and a got the the end of the first road £41 was taken out of my account. I was only 2 minutes into a 17 minute journey. The price had not been agreed by myself and also the journey had not been completed. Avoid using this app. It’s daylight robbery.

I booked a taxi for an hours time, the app proceeded to send a taxi straight away, I called to explain that I didn’t need a taxi immediately and needed it in an hour, they said that was fine and that they’d send one in an hour. They proceeded to send one 40 minutes later and then charged me ‘waiting fees’ for the 20 minutes. Very dodgy business practise.

App look and feel great. The app showed no drivers available with in an hour. I called direct and they were able to get a cab to me with in 15 minutes. The app was quoting £18.80 yes an estimate. At the start of the journey I noticed the cabs app was showing £34 for the journey. Driver seemed to think it was for a two way. But it was only one way. He called the office who stated best price was £30 and the £18 was an estimate. Feel truly ripped off for a 15 min journey. £30 I could have got to Heathrow or Luton airports. Driver was super pleasant but the company are happy to rip people off. Bad experience avoid.

The app is very good. Easy to use plenty of information. A safer way to pay. You know how much before you start.

I just move to chesham recently and one of my apprehensions is the availability of UBER or taxi in the area. Im pleasantly please how good Gilbert’s taxi service is. Drivers are generally friendly and professional, they arrive on time when they pick you up, and if your running late they try to wait for you which i think its a good practice to do. So far im pleased with their service and definitely be recommending it to my friends.
