Ginger - Shared Transport

Newly updated today. Now can’t get passed the get started screen, try click and enter mobile number - no verification text. So I can’t use Ginger anymore. Need a fix to this asap

I’ve downloaded this app at least 10 times. Re-started my phone enabled location services, updated payment details and and I STILL cannot connect. Utterly hopeless.

Man where do I start with how awful my experience with ginger scooters has been, numerous times I've been forced to slow down when travelling in a normal town area, numerous times have I had the app just straight up not work it's an abysmal system with a ballache of a process to get anywhere and I will not be using these crappy things ever again

My ginger ride was a very smooth, fast and comfortable ride

£2 for a 3 mins ride!! Unfortunately there isn’t any alternative in Middlesbrough, which I suspect is the main reason for the inflated prices- lack of healthy alternative (competition).

Scooter malfunctioned and I couldn’t end the ride it’s currently on 11 hours now and no one has got back to me about cancelling it so it’s still charging me for something I can’t control

Please add live chat as I’m having app issues and raising support tickets is too slow of a response when we often need the support immediately. Charged £40 because the app failed and wouldn’t let me end ride, please could you fix this?
