Im starting to doubt Gamuda capabilities in providing good service. The App is bad, im not able to set appointment for keys collection because no VP button appear 24 hrs post payment as I been instructed by Cik Amira.

After make payment for property the app stuck at redirecting page and my payment amount not updated.

Useless app. Can’t access at all!

I log in through fb but it show error now. Can’t even log in through other way

Don’t launch if NOT ready. Can even book a parking. What is the purpose offer your purchaser something not functioning??!

Please fix this, its hard for residence when apps keep on crashing

Come on man Gamuda! Multi billion ringgit company. Excellence in construction! Excellence in building roads, flyovers, tunnels, but please IMPROVE on your APP please! You want GL homeowners to use this app for regular chores like paying the maintenance fees, or even use this app for new homeowners to book their appointments to collect home keys —— but here’s the small issue: SO DIFFICULT TO LOG IN!

Migrated users unable to register at all. Phone OTP not working. Useless app developer didn’t do thorough testing before going live.

I think the app has to be optimised more as I get a blank white page and can’t click on anything. I cannot even signup Not sure if other iOS devices are the same.

Unable to log in by using FB, and unable to send forget password also. Please solve the issue otherwise unable to access this app
