Glamsquad: On-Demand Salon App

Love this service but the app is so buggy, it used to work so well I’m not sure what happened. Come on tech team get it together!

Glamsquad was a dream to work with and so communicative and quick in response via text and email. To Glamsquad; Thank you for sending Kelly Kel. I can’t walk so going to a studio was out. She was so good, crazy fast, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Being 41 and so sick you can't brush your own hair is demoralizing. I needed my hair de-matted. She was JUST what I needed and all my fears and embarrassment just melted away immediately. I just really wanted to express my very deep appreciation. I am on my way to feeling like a human again! And the price was amazing! You have a gem of an employee there. I can't say thank you enough ❤️

Stylist never showed- Glamsquad didn’t even follow up to say she wasn’t coming. Zero communication and then I couldn’t get in touch w customer service. Help section on the app was awful

I wish there was the option to review the service provider. I’d like the fry the app again but my hair was horrible last time and I don’t want to risk it again.

Booked appointment for a manicure someone called 15 minutes before appointment time to say manicurist had to cancel and someone would call me back same day to reschedule. It’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard anything! Women that called me to cancel also said I would receive $50 credit for the inconvenience but haven’t received anything from them.
