I use this app regularly and we’ve generally had good experiences. Only one taxi took us a route that we didn’t think was correct but for the most part everyone is good.

If i could give a 0 i would. Since they have had the monopoly on taxis in glasgow the seevice has steadily got worse on occasions taking my pqrtner who is english And not knowing better long routes sometimes charging as much as £10 more to get to destinations longer ways. Yeaterday was the worst my partner got picked up and went a few places picking up things for my birthday that she had to get from shops and one item from. My mate. From the point she got in the car he was hitting the patter you are very beautiful etc the issue came when she wanted to going back home. She got in the car and was stationary he asks do you hqve a husband she advises yes the man that made the booking. This is when navid locked the car amd demanded payment she had about £13 in her account (bare in mind that hes not yet finished the ride) hes wanting £15 not evem letting my partner out the car yo check her bank i emd up on phone askimg if the £15 covers back to finneston he says no another £15 govan to finneston isnt £15 so hes going on about taking my partner to the police station (bare in mind hes refusing to Let her out the car even To check the bank hes sat stationary for ages to let his meter run up And doesnt stop the meter going to the police station my Partner panickimg this mans been lecherous since she got in tge vehicle and turned when She said about me) i call the company who daid shes refusing to Pay no he tried to charge £15 which i would have happily transferred but needed to know the full Fare knowimh my partner has £13 odd in her bank i Think i need to know of hes charging another £15 at the end Like he said the company advised they dont want the money hes going to the police i Mentioned my Lawyer as what he has done under uk law is kidnap and intimidation. When at the police station i advised the officer of What was happening and id tramsfer the money over the driver then demanded even More money the police told him to go one way my partner to go the other and then he had drove round was on his mobile while driving following her for a bit. Turns out the Lady/manager of the taxi company that id spoke to after denying any wrong doing of the driver called up to tell him he cant lock people in the car and to let her go and just scratch the fare he refused. My partner was asked if she wants to press charges she advised no. Just to Clarify i spoek to both the driver who only became angry after my partner told him she had a man and the taxi compqny advising id pay the

Everything was fine with this app till May, then all of a sudden it started decline every payment option I try, even Apple pay. There are sufficient funds in anything I use but still declined. Called the office to ask why & was rudely told that it wasn’t their problem.

Improve the waiting time

Lovely driver, immaculately clean car. Made me feel totally at ease.

Taxi driver didn’t show up and they had the neck to charge a cancellation fee. Staff were incredibly unhelpful and downright rude. Rip off merchants.

The app won’t let me enter my name to sign up.

I am having issues while booking if I choose card/Apple Pay payments. I wrote to the email id and no response; essentially this app is a waste for me and I can’t use this taxi provider

You can't go wrong with this taxi firm I am from Glasgow but lived in London for 49 years
