The app doesn’t support 2FA while web version does

Hi, guys! How could I change language in the app? Something goes wrong. While downloading, the app decide to switch on French, but I prefer English language. I could find how to change it, cause I speak French not very well. I download the app in Belarus, not in France or such a French speaking region. In help center there are no such requests. Also for some reason I can’t write my own question, cause - “Oops!!! Something went wrong”. Please, help me!

I appreciate the fact that the job offers keep coming despite their relevance.

So in order to update your company you work for, you have to email customer support. I’ve requested support over a week ago and provided all the info requested and to come and find out they got it wrong. Then no response for serval days. Someone finally got back to me about the company change again, so sent the info. Just to find out they have to escalate it. This has been an absolute nightmare. Nobody cares about your “bowls” or “community” chat. People use Glassdoor to apply at jobs. It’s been about two weeks now and haven’t been able to apply at a job since y’all’s mistake doesn’t match my resume.

Problem of resume

It seems like a good source but I have hard time getting response, there’s gotta be a better way to see job response in the app rather than seeing peoples random discussions.

No customer support to email can’t leave a review hard to navigate supper annoying will not be using Glassdoor .. i guess this app is only for tech nerds not for normies unfortunately I work for a prejudice Turkish company in New York City that hates Jewish people and I can’t leave a review and warn people unreal shame on you Glassdoor
