Quite simply it just doesn’t work… can’t use my promo codes can’t put in my phone number nothing

Downloaded it to get a 15% discount and the discount code didnt even work. Waste of time

i thought it would be easier to use the app, but it was glitchy and logged me out. Terrible! Went back on again does not work

Good app, I’ve purchased from it multiple times and there’s been no problems. When you go on to the feed part of the app it does reload a bit but apart from that it’s a good app for shopping online 👍🏼

As someone who spends all of their paycheque at Glassons, I love the concept of having an app where you can add to your wish list, purchase items and also scan items in store to check if they stock your size. However, there are a few problems. It never lets me register gift cards and when I want to pay with a giftcard I have to do it via the website instead of the app. The app has crashed a few times but given the amount of items they post on there everyday I really can’t complain. I would still recommend this app a lot but be warned that you will end up buying everything as soon as it comes out 😭🫶🏻🥹

I just updated to the latest version to look for a pair of trousers and the search page doesn’t work at all! Good work with the update! 👍🏽

- I get ads to download the app, while in the app 🥴 - I can’t check out because the fields to add first and last name are required, but not editable - those fields ^ apparently pull the details from your account section, but my first and last name are already in the account section and not being used - when a discount code is applied, it shows the adjusted price for each item, but the total order value remains unchanged - worse experience than using the website - side note: why do retail stores think people want an app? I only got it to use a discount but it’s unusable anyway. Waste of time.

Discount code provided if you download the app, but the app kept opening and wouldn’t let me close it or switch to another screen, couldn’t even turn my phone off to fix it because the app kept opening in my way. The only way to fix it was to lock my screen and then turn the phone off - also triggered the emergency alarm sound from my phone without me doing anything! Immediately deleted.

This app unfortunately caused my phone to completely malfunction. After I downloaded it, the app just kept popping up, I was unable to close it. It even made it difficult to do a hard reset as it kept popping up on the screen. :(

Terrible app this needs to be fixed, its lagging very badly it took me 5 minutes just to turn my phone off!
