my subscription has got canceled
Hi, I made a purchase for your app on January 30th, opting for a lifetime unlimited plan at 22000 KRW. However, to my surprise and dismay, I discovered yesterday, February 24th, that my subscription had been abruptly canceled without any prior notification or explanation. I demand an immediate clarification regarding this matter. It's utterly unacceptable to treat paying customers in such a disrespectful manner. I expect prompt action to resolve this issue and restore my access to the app without further delay.
