1) If it doesn’t like the server certificate, you’ll be getting notifications about it every single bloody second. 2) disable the notifications and you get a “security warning”. 🤦‍♂️ Gee whiz, like I want to be connected to my company’s vpn 24/7. 3) if you want to disable the vpn for a while, like you can on the Mac, you have to erase your credentials. Very smart, PaloAlto. 4) there’s no way to import the server certificate from within the app

Attempted everything to get the app to work unsuccessfully. Please fix

This latest version doesn’t support Security keys in embedded browser, and there is no way to switch to using external browser. Spent 2 hours trying to find a solution, but nothing helps.

When starting a connection, after sign-in and 2FA it launches a long string of runaway browser window openings, all of which say "stale request" that leave the app in a perpetual "connecting" state. Restarting the iPad is the only way to get the app out of that state. This is unusable.

I can’t get his thing to work with new 16 pro phone

Updated, now it says "missing required input parameters"

Mini browser for authentication needs passkey support. Says browser is incompatible. Other mini pop up browsers in other apps work just fine.

Used to work great prior to update, now I can’t connect - even after authenticating. Reached out to my IT department but they weren’t able to fix it.

Was working great until 2 days ago, when it suddently started giving me the "missing required input parameters" error. Seems to be a problem on MacOS, and app is working fine (so far) on iOS devices.
