There’s something wrong with the app, it’s been frozen for about a week now!

Cant load app on phone to use

App isn’t working 😅

It's a useful app overall, but after topping up the acc it doesn't let me reconnect my power. It will stay frozen saying "disconnecting" and doesn't refresh and/or give the option to reconnect the power. We'll have to either ring up or go on the website to do it.

App won’t open on my phone past few days. How do i check/ top up without it? Probably time to move to a different provider. Will i get my remaining balance refunded?

The app does not have an option for saved cards so every time I top up I have to grab my card. The app does not have the reconnect button available once I’ve topped up which is annoying because then I have to use the online version. Calling to reconnect is such a hassle because the machine operator keeps repeating herself. The reminder notifications works every once in a while when it wants to. Overall, slow and inconvenient app which needs developing because this is an essential tool for people.

This app needs a fix and it needs it quickly. It does not allow me to reconnect my power after I top up so I have to call then i get put on hold for hours! Please fix!!

I can update my reminder so my balance went far below than I’d like. Very very frustrating.

First time I have ever left a review for anything, this app is great when it works but it hardly works as it sits on constant loading screen all the time. If you are going to have an app that people rely on please make sure it works!
