I can’t do anything with this app I can’t make transfers I can’t even lodge complaints What exactly is Globus bank good for honestly

Why will you guys block my account when my password and username is correct I really don’t understand, and have been trying to send emails too no avail

They restrict my account immediately I deposit money and they didn’t allow me to do transfer even verify my kyc Lack of customer service cus they won’t reply to your mail or pick your call😡😡😡

Since I created an account in GlobusMobile I haven’t been able to withdraw my money. Money is entering but it’s not coming out. I’ve provided all necessary information and still nothing. I’ve sent you multiple emails and you aren’t responding also. Please do something about it.

Why is there a restriction on my account

Among all the bank app, this is the useless one i have ever seen, it gets lock every minute and ask you to unlock device every now and then..and when you even try to unlock, you dont get otp..too bad of you people you should upgrade ur app..if we are stuck on common app then it means your bank system its worse

Payment confirmation slips do not have TIME of transaction included into it. This is very important. Pls look into updating it. Aside that, the app is enjoyable.

The app is faulty and so annoying.. asking to update profile or will get send an error message “account not found “… account update will be at 15% a standard savings account It’s very bad 😡😡

Since the upgrade , this app has stopped working, can’t transfer it kept on saying unable to validate account number
