Should list out a list of studios available when user type the first letter. This is one of the most unfriendly app

Initially, I had the same issue and saw the reply by developer. It turns out the clear filter was there, but it’s so faint that it’s easy to miss. Why make it so hard to notice?

Generally the app is good but with room to improve. On filtering option, it will be best to add with “clear filter” function. This allows us to get easier to filter another option rather than exit the app totally then re-enter.

I have signed up Pilates reformer at Betone USJ branch. It’s so convenient to book the slot for which classes I wanted to attend. Also hassle free to top up the new credits through the app.

The add to calendar function doesn’t work anymore. The button is there but when I tap it, nothing happens. Surrounding buttons work fine though. Bring back add to calendar! 😩

not friendly for users ,cant reschedule class within 24 hours,if cancel the booking will directly burn the point😢inflexibility !

Do have a function to add friends so we can book the same class. Can you allow us to click on the notification to book a class when waiting list is open? By the time i read the notification, then i have to search for the date and time of the class, it’s already booked. Also, what is the book a class to upgrade your level function?

Always have an issue trying to load the classes. Had to re-download the app a couple of times.

1) There’s no auto ‘log in’ function without choosing a gym. 2) My current gym is suddenly not in the list. Cant find it. I got to make my bookings via web. Very very inconvenient.
