Excellent quality excercises, video quality and sound. Easy to follow, good speed, very good instruction. Update: my free trial just ended and I’ve never been so happy to see money pop out of my bank account because I can see the difference already.. after ONLY three days.. not joking... it’s amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻

The app wasn’t working but has since been fixed. Now I can get back to the exercises, which definitely work!
App don’t open for a long time and i payed for a year 😭
Why is the app no longer working? An error message appears every time I try to open it.
Total scam - charges customers a ton of money and then doesn’t provide a useable service. Apple won’t step in to assist, either. Stay away.
Like other users said, app has been giving an error message and our only response is ‘please wait’. I did like this app to prepare for events and such it did work, but paying for something and then not being able to use it for extended periods of time with a ‘well let you know when it’s up’ isn’t helpful or honestly acceptable. Things happen but this is a long time.
