This app just doesn’t work recording results is very frustrating not at all user friendly and after a week of use there’s no results recorded. The time and date cannot be set this may be causing the results to disappear? Waste of time!

It saves the first reading and then refuses to save any more! What the hell am I supposed to do now? Absolutely shocking! Livid!

I managed to make the app read the values from my Nexus (non-blue) once. Never managed since. It’s so frustrating, the green and red lines simply can’t manage to lock onto the numbers. I am wondering if it’s the light, or the fact that the screen of the nexus is reflective and acts as a mirror… The one reading I managed to make did read in the value and the time correctly from the screen. Since there is no manual entry option that I can see, the rest of the app is unusable, which is a shame. And I can’t see Apple Health integration, which is a must really.

Does what it says it does but doesn’t integrate with apple health as it states it does so not much good to me

I get emails notifications but trying to get in the app it’s says user does not exist weird strange

I have installed the latest version but it still will not read the data. I’m using the nexus Pearl the reading will not capture.

Brilliant app really helpful and useful.

Just upgraded my phone to iPhone 12 and app does not work. Worked on my XR but was never able to work with Apple Health. I work in the mobile phone industry and try as I might could not get this app to work with Apple Health. So please sort these issues as diabetics need apps that work.

As the camera capture function does not work at any angle - more than a little surprised there is no manual dat entry capability. Appears to have been designed and built as a tick box excessive evidently with no real world testing. Good opportunity missed
