the app has been stuck for a while now i tried deleting and redownloading it again but there’s no use!! now im logged out and i cant even use it!! pleaseee fix it :(

I can’t even use the app, what’s the point of keeping it?

Very useful App, it’s developing very fast in an organized manner.

For quite a while I have used this app on daily basis and I was very happy with the service. I had a serious situation with a Go driver last week and I have been calling the customer service for 3 days without an answer. This is really sad because it’s a service that is supposed to be highly responsive to such urgent complaints.

تطبيقكم كعب جداً محتاج ابديت لانو ما ممكن اطلب ١٠٠ مره واللوكيشن يكون غلط وبعد اوصل بي ٣ ساعات يجيني تنبيه انو الكابتن قبل وانا وصلت وجهتي

It’s quite amazing app with much low price comparing with other apps love it ♥️✨

انا طلبت بالتطبيق رحلتي انتهت عايز اطلب تاني بديني اشعار انتهت الرحله الرجاء دفع المبلغ نقدا طيب الاشعار دا من الشاشه ليه م بقدر اتخطاهو عشان اطلب؟!

It is a good app to be developed by Sudanese young minds, i have some comments: * Go Pay is a very good approach for online payment. * the amount to be paid is not always displayed during the ride. * the app hangs sometimes; so you can not see if the ride has been accepted or not, has been finished by the driver or not, unless you drop out the app from the running background apps.
