Such a pain to get a simple pass and still did not work
My friend got the pass with no issue with my instruction lol whereas I had soooo much trouble. It kept blocking the amount on my card but never got a confirmation or email with the Pass (I did use an international account in Euros, the local currency. Had no other issues in the whole country with it).
Tried with another account, same thing. Bare in mind that I had already confirmed with the bank that I allow the payment. My friend tried to get another pass for me too and yet again did not work. Called them and talked to a very nice girl however she told us what we already knew, and blamed the whole thing on our banks. I just want to get our refunds back and the ONE pass I wanted from the beginning…..for an app meant to be used in different countries, they make it pretty hard to pay for your purchase. I really wanted to love it, but ruined our whole experience tbh. Now I have no pass, just a huge amount of money blocked on different accounts… :/

Scam, never got my passes
DO NOT USE UNTIL YOURE AT YOUR DESTINATION
Everything tells you to make a reservation right? You can only do it same day. Customer service is non existent, I’ve seen 5 year olds with better manners and customer service skills.
Was told no problem as soon as we get confirmation you didn’t go we will redo the tickets. No call, no email. I called back to be told they can not help me. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!
Map feature broken at times
When you open the map it opens the wrong address. Made us miss a cruise.
Expired after an hour
We just got 4 go city passes for 3 things to do and in an hour and a half they now say expired and we haven’t even used them once
They don’t tell you which attractions are closed
Title says it all, planned a vacation around a cruise but they had no indication that it was close for the entire weekend we went. Probably won’t use it again.
Very pleasantly surprised
I saw the promises this app made and was skeptical; it just sounded too good to be true. This app is 100% worth getting. We were able to save $50 with this (we did the 2 day all inclusive). Absolutely get this app if you can
Awesome time in Boston!!
I and my family used the All Inclusive pass and had a blast in Boston!!! We went through sooooooooo many places and there was no hassle of waiting in line or worry about ticket.
The best thing about this was after the whole trip, I calculated the saving of about $1200.
Yeah, next trip to Hawaii!!!!!!!😆😆
