Go for Dash & Dot Robots

Hi I’m a huge robot fan! I love this game and dash and dot! I’m glad you made these new updates can’t wait to play!

i have to say that overall the product is so cool! I am VERY upset however that since I have been waiting since supporting this in February of this year I get our unit only to discover that it does NOT work with anything prior to iPad 3. This is a massive issue. I have an iPad 2. NOWHERE on the site does it say that it needs iPad 3 or above and it sure as heck did not say this when I spent the $200+ dollars to fund this. I am really disappointed that even now the site does not mention anything and I had to dig to find it out. I know I am not alone in having an older (and still fully functional and relevant) version of the iPad. I have no plan (or budget) to upgrade to a 3 at all. To suddenly be in a position where I have to spend $600 to use a $200 robot that was supposed to just work is disappointing to say the least. The Help does mention this issue but you have to dig to get to it. I am in marketing and this needs to be FRONT AND CENTRE on the site when you are buying. To not have this is a major oversight. To not alert me to this fact in the last 10 months since I bought this is an even bigger mistake. I know you guys are a start-up and I totally expect there to be hiccups in the process this is just careless and not taking the consumer into consideration. SUGGESTIONS: 1) You need to make this work on other versions of the iPad, iPhone and iPad mini. 2) There MUST be a desktop version of the app. I have two Mac Laptops and could have used either one to fix this issue. I will be contacting the company directly and truly hope that they can make this up to us in some way. The robots are really amazing. To not be able to use them is not cool.

It’s really great for education,I even use it to communicate! But it might need an update. Also every time I try to get some ideas from the idea thing,it would say something about how it can’t connect to the internet even though I have internet. JUST FIX IT. (Btw I’m 9)

Ok I just want to say I LOOOVE Dash! But it takes soooo long to load

That is that When you push to have your voice for the robot to say when you are done you can her this crash that is loud but the app is still good

I love dash and dot but when l clicked the app nothing showed up just a green background so please in the future could you fix it. Because you know I’m sending this this is Christmas.

This is the exact same thing as Wonder which had more features and is smoother.

I hate the power button lighting up. I charge it in my room so I can’t sleep with that thing going blink blink.

My problems with app 1 the eye control gets smaller and smaller then I can’t see it anymore
