Not only is the app terrible but the public transportation is horrendous. They’re out here playing with people time waiting for hours to catch public transportation

Considering you need to track the metro/mover and also buy passes - the app is typically down, many errors & glitches occur and it is just NOT easy to make a simple purchase for your pass. Constantly logs you out and then if you put in the wrong pw it locks you out. Completely! With no explanation as to how to fix it. The metro runs all the time - the city should focus on getting a good app developer to make it much more user friendly. Especially for the main purpose of purchasing a pass! Incredibly frustrating & totally unreliable. I have spent double purchasing passes on mobile - only for it not to load on app.

Tracking not accurate most of the time and a bit too complicated to use

Terrible app, terrible transit system that is completely unreliable and outdated. Waited at one stop for a bus going to the airport that completely passed by me, I guess it wasn't updated in the system that that bus stop was removed but the bus driver knew to pass it. Then I took a different bus a short distance north so I could on a connecting bus to airport, and that second bus kept being delayed so that I waited multiple times the original estimate. Basically it was already delayed and estimated for 4:31, then basically every minute I waited it got delayed minute. Ridiculously bad bus system without any accountability, for all the money Miami throws around it really needs to get on the level of basically any other functional city.

We bought a 1-day pass on the app but we couldn’t use it as the app is always having bugs. We had to buy a ticket in a station so we lost some money in the process. Even if we just want to check the bus or an itinerary, it is not working.

When downloading the app please take your pick of the following problems. Late arrivals with non accurate bus tracking, rude bus operators, egregious price and service, and lack of customer service assistance. This city’s transit system is ran by the absolute worst bus system and operation I’ve ever seen. While not officially stated the service pretty much implores you to figure it out on your own or be left stranded. I find it very said how a bike is more reliable and efficient for this city than its own public transportation system. Completely outrageous.

This app is an example of how not to do mobile apps. What a waste of money on the park of Miami. I am glad it exists, but they should hire professionals to completele redo it
