Takes forever to load and then crashes a lot of the time

Works well when you get a good signal not so good if say you’re in an underground car park with no signal. Seems the app works by logging on to a server to get your data so it doesn’t start up without a signal and when you do get a signal it gets stuck if you tried without a signal. I had to restart my phone to get it to restart. Apart from that it is fine.

Never saves log in details

Over the last few weeks the app is extremely slow to load.

I do all the work and get charged 10p! If I use the machine…can’t add to the booking. Who’s having a laugh? Tsk!

I have found Mobon to be a very useful asset when parking in the Southend area. Quick and easy to use. Reminders when time is running out particularly useful

Why is it £1.30 by app & £1.20 cash

Really?

Used to be the same price to park via Mobon, gave everyone the chance to rely on it and not bring cash with them. Now, they whack on an ‘admin’ fee. Disappointing.

Mobon charges a fee on top of the cost of parking. Rip off.
