Good telling me when my bus comes helps me a lot even tho sometimes it lies

The app is fab. I can track the bus and also it tells me when there’s buses cancelled

App said bus was 10 minutes away and locations also showed this but it was actually 10 minutes ahead making me miss my bus aswell as miss out on selling an oz coz I was late.👎

Drivers are nice beautiful people journeys great

Hope there is a 6:45 service going to North Tyneside General Hospital during weekdays.

Why is the 306 and 308 not showing up on the go north east maps like it was before

I love this app, buses are accurate and are always right with times. Tickets are good too. Prices can be iffy but it is good.

I have the option of either X21 or Arriva 6 to bishop Auckland. I prefer the X21 as the buses are cleaner, USB works and drivers more pleasant. Thank you go north east.

I’ve been using this app for years, but this morning it’s asking me to log in. Returns message with incorrect username or password (both are correct), so I reset the password, and I still get the same error message. Useless.
