Go People is changing the delivery industry by disrupting legacy “delivery and courier industry rules”, simplifying the point-to-point delivery process for both consumers and businesses, fulfilling the gap in service demand, raising service standards, and facilitating transparent and competitive pricing.
Customers (Senders) book their deliveries and pay via the Web based or smartphone app. A Runner bids for a job via the smartphone app and the Go People system selects the most suitable Runner. The selected Runner then collects the consignment from the pick-up location and delivers it to the recipient.
Go People, its Senders, Runners and the Senders’ customer (the recipient) benefit from GPS tracking and instant communication from pick up to receipt. Delivery verification and signed confirmation is assured. The Runner then receives 85% of the winning bid price.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Disappointed service

Charged me money for the service I didn’t even use

Hii friends i am using this app from last 7 months this app is worst app don't use this app instead of using this app please make money in uber and menu log app, Go people app is worst app i have seen if your doing any shift suppose you have taken run of gold coast or any far run and complete the run and after its goes for confirming the deliveries suppose by mistake you have problem with one delivery wrong they will stuck your money of whole shift and will waste a lot of time to resolve the problem, in every week i make 4-5 shift but if 1-2 deliveries mistake happen they block our money and we have to wait around 14-15 days and after that they will deduct delivery charges. WORST APP because i am giving my own example i am putting this review because yesterday i got job of 153 $ the run was gold coast side 7 drop off the rain was heavy m, in one of the delivery customer raised dispute about delivery and now they have blocked 100$ where is the fuel. Your whole shift goes into the garbage. So i request not to use app.

Highly recommend them for same day delivery, as they are very fair to drivers and customers.

Not worth it

If you are thinking of using this as a driver you can make more money with Menulog. Go people will dock you money if you are sick with covid and cancel a shift, or for any other reason. They exploit drivers. Having been a driver on and off for years, with all types od companies, this pays the least amount. After your expenses you will make less than minimum wage. Companies need to hire their own drivers and not use these money grabbing courier apps.
