Nawala ang pera ko! Hindi nkaabot sa gcash account ko. Correct naman ang details. Parang meron glitch, parang down ang system tapos nawala na ang pera mo sa phcci wallet mo. Be careful in using this app!

So buggy and always load, this app should be accessible properly since it holds our money. Doing transactions in this app is so hard.

not a user friendly app, !!

It keeps saying invalid login credentials when I just signed up and whenever I tried to input the credentials still the same issue, invalid login credentials. Take not I have a copy of my credentials so it is impossible that it would be invalid.

I unistall the app and install it again however I cannot access it since it need to updated. How to update the app since I just install it?

There was a feature in the old app that shows us the status of the loan we are trying to apply. In the new app, that feature is gone and it’s hard to track the updates on the loan application. Please put the feature back.
