I've booked online using a computer but my booking doesn't show up on the app. Is the app booking for those only made with the app?

Submitted all detail information for check in through web but app ask to do everything again to begin using app. Cancel and remove app soon after installing

Removed, cancelled and went with another provider

Only see a white screen when I open it on iOS. Deleted and reinstalled and same issue

I resent being made to download an app for this process. The fact that it’s so awkward to use (why does the date for my licence expiration default to 1900??) makes this even more frustrating.

Hi there there’s a problem in this app, when you try to update your date of birth, the application will reset the date of birth to January 1, 1999.

Useless app, while adding existing booking, it keeps crashing. Tried it at least 7 times now and fed up of this useless app.

Terrible app. I have no confidence adding my bank account details to such a sloppy product.
