Reward redemption doesn’t always work and their customer service team takes a long time to resolve issues.

I cant access the app even tho i’m subscribed to their services which cost me 155AED a month

The worst app ever I subscribed to this app 3 weeks ago then after one week of using the it got crachsd and didnt work i tried to contact the app support and they said they will fix but its been 3 weeks and there is no respones also i tried to contact Etisalat support but they said its not our problem and didnt help but the app is powerd by Etisalat all my money is stolen by those two thiefs i dont recomend this app to anyone Please keep your money away of these thiefs Etisalat and gowell app.

I got noon voucher twice but i wont be able to redeem it it showing some error such a fake app by Etisalat very Disappointed

This application rewards you for achieving fitness goals and it is the best way ti keep self motivated.

App full with errors and bugs Etisalat should act more professionally towards there own customers and be sure that the application lunches under etisalat umbrella should works properly actually that’s wasn’t expecting from etisalat

To anyone reading my review please don’t fall for the false advertising which they do over social media about giving away voucher worth AED 500 if you purchase the annual membership as it’s a complete scam. You won’t recive a single voucher plus if you complete the weekly targets they only noon voucher you would receive will be the ones already used before. And one of the worst customer service agents they have those people have zero dignity and zero updates even after 1 year of customer complaints always they would be telling it’s has been escalated.

Etisalat promised to give coupons of 500 Dirhams when u annual subscribe and when I did , they send me the coupons twice , the only problem was that the whole coupons was redeemed before by somebody else in the 2 times , and a month of contacting the customer service with one answer the matter still under investigation and we will escalate your complain
