I’ve been trying to get into the app for the activities it’s been saying tap to reload . I’m to FRUSTRATED!!!!

Pages with activities will not load. Prompts user to refresh and still does not load. Please make a functional website for these benefits since this app has apparently been useless forever.

Will not load info. Can’t access any account info and it keeps saying to reload but that doesn’t help.

Just downloaded the app. It doesn’t work at all. Nothing loads. This is sad.

I got 5 gifts cards that I really did need on here for Walmart 95.00 worth and my husband got the same thing

This app hasn’t worked right since I download. I even erased, redownload and same thing I open the app and it’s saying “loading” but never opens?

It says to go to App Store and update. Did this. Then app says open, and nothing about an update needed. So I tap open, it takes me to the app. And it just won’t load.

It keeps telling to update but there is no update it says and it will not let me open app until it updates. What’s up with that?

When I try to login I’m either told the website can’t be found or the app isn’t available with my plan. I have to Google the app in order to see any progress. I have my Fitbit on my wrist every day and night and I don’t get any credit for most of the months. Ridiculous.

I have had the app maybe 60 days total and it has worked for maybe 5 days and now all I get is “tap to reload” I have tried for WEEKS now at all different times of the day and it flat out will not work. I’ve been deleted the app and redownloaded more than once with no luck. The rewards would be super beneficial for our family and I even completed some tasks just for the rewards but it looks like I probably won’t receive them. PLEASE PLEASE update or something asap!
