It asks you to load 107 rupees but it only takes credit card payment from 300 rupees and up so i did. The worse part is, once money is uploaded, no cars are ever available. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is.

I am a Goan. Had booked tickets for a movie with my family. There was an unfortunate breakdown with my car. Tried Goa miles for the first time. It was very reasonable and the driver was very courteous. Thanks Goa miles.

I had a terrible experience using GoaMiles. Their policy is absolutely frustrating and poorly designed. First, you are required to pay the app in advance before booking a cab. However, even after making the payment, the cab often isn’t booked, and I was left waiting multiple times despite trying all options—hatchback, sedan and SUV. As if that wasn’t enough, when I finally gave up and requested a refund, I was informed that it would take 6-7 working days to process. This is ridiculous! Not only do they lack a cash payment option, but they also hold your money for days if their service fails. This app seriously needs to improve its policies and operations. Highly disappointed.
