As an employee, this app can be extremely frustrating to use. I have consistently been having issues with the app giving me confusing error messages, and not letting me clock in!! These issues effect my money and my ability to do my job!! please please fix these issues!!!!!!!

App crashes all the time, and it messes with our ability to get paid

horrible communication. the app has clocked me out of work before and i still to this day haven’t gotten paid for that day. would not recommend. i rate it 0/10, but the review won’t let me give it zero stars.

This app has so many bugs and glitches it could be a Bethesda game

They thought of everything. This is the easiest workforce app I’ve ever used. If you can’t use this you probably should have a flip phone

This had made the day to day functions of the facilities so easy

I use app and GoAquatix admin website. Very easy to track clock ins and add/edit staff all over the country. Go way for staff to track their own time. They can notify admin when they forgot to clock in or notify admin when staff did not perform a duty.

This app is god awful. Have issues with password reset/log in. I can’t view my schedule more than a day ahead. Not user friendly at all. Constantly glitching. Needs a serious overhaul.

Reset my password 4 times, reentered those I don't know how many times, and it still tells me it's invalid. I can read, the password is right. My email is correct because that's how I reset the password. Just want to log in and use this putrid app, but it was apparently built by idiots.
